Let's combine 3 of my favorite things: Carly Phillips, Erika Wilde, and a best friend's little sister trope. Good! Now, you've got Big Shot, and I strongly demand you go read this book. It is fresh, witty, and ridiculously sexy. Wes Sinclair and Natalie Prescott aren't you normal unrequited love pair. The bring friendly competitiveness to a new level which just serves to amp up the chemistry between them to a whole new height, one that will have you reaching for your fan and/or lover.
What lies under their tumultuous passion is a cleverly written repartee between the business adversaries. What begins as a friendly competition soon leads to higher stakes with their hearts on the line. Wes brings an equally intense and endearing alpha attitude to the table while Natalie brings a strong, sweet and wily character. Together the two fit like perfect puzzle pieces that happen to have the same ended magnets on them. They don't want to want each other the way they do, but their dance of ebb and flow enticed and excited from the get-go.
Hands down, you must read Big Shot. It might be my new favorite from Carly and Erika. For sure that french maid outfit scene has been burned into my memory in a delicious way. I am beyond excited about the future books that are to come from Wes' friends!
